Planning, organizing, attention to detail. I’m slowly learning to hold both using this gift as well as being flexible and people focused. I can sometimes be so focused on the plan and schedule that I don’t leave room for being interrupted and listening to people.

I love using the CliftonStrengths assessment as a tool for identifying natural tendencies. It reminds me why I get so much joy when I’m leaning in to things I’m gifted with.
