If we’re friends, I’ve probably asked about your day job.
If you’re a stay at home mom, I’ve probably asked about your morning routine.Â
I love getting a mental picture of where my friends sit, how they spend their days, what feels challenging for them, and even better undersatnding what part of their work they feel like they’re great at.Â
Being an author, pastor, and running Go and Tell Gals - my work days can vastly vary between writing in a room alone, studying or preparing to teach the Bible, working on a spreadsheet, brainstorming with my team, or meeting someone for coffee.
But one of my favorite days of the month is when we do an All Day Coaching Session.
Once or twice a month, we host women who want extensive coaching for their calling, their brand, their potential book, ministry, or just general life direction. We plan a day specifically tailored to them, clear our calendars, pull out our laptops and whiteboards, and invite Holy Spirit in for kingdom inspiration and obedience.Â
And these women leave with vision, clarity, a plan, and usually a sense of excitement about what God has called them to. Nothing is better than that for me, as a coach.Â
Today on Go and Tell Gals social media we’re sharing the behind the scenes of an all-day coaching session AND in my Substack community, The Fully Awake Women’s Club, I’m sharing a the three questions I start every single coaching session with. These three questions have changed my life, and I genuinely believe they’ll bring a massive shift to any women who let themselves answer them truthfully.Â
Join today to hear the questions.
Let’s live fully awake in Jesus’ name.Â
